Why I built Norcel: solving my own bottlenecks first.
Like most developers who work independently, I spent years building products and client projects. And on virtually every single project, I hit the exact same two brick walls.
01. The 200-Hour Auth Trap
Every new SaaS meant spending weeks on authentication boilerplate: email verification, OAuth providers, session tokens, password reset flows, and role-based permissions. It was boring, repetitive, and critical to get right. Norcel Auth Kit was born so I could ship production-ready auth in hours instead of weeks.
02. The Client Profitability Blindspot
As I took on more consulting clients, revenue looked healthy on Stripe. But I had no idea which clients were actually profitable. One retainer client paying $4k/month was demanding 60 hours of scope-creep work, while another paying $2k took 10 hours. Toggl didn't talk to Stripe, and spreadsheets got abandoned within days.
I built Norcel Profit to connect the two tools automatically and calculate my true effective hourly rate per client.
Norcel isn't built to hit arbitrary venture metrics or push users into high-tier enterprise contracts. It is a set of sharp, focused tools built by someone actively running the same type of business you are.
