Common questions.
- Why not just use a spreadsheet?
- Spreadsheets require you to manually pull data from multiple tools, remember to update them, and build all the formulas yourself. Norcel Profit does all of that automatically — your data syncs daily without you doing anything. Spreadsheets also can't catch what you forget to track.
- Do I have to stop using Toggl or Stripe?
- No. Norcel Profit connects to your existing Toggl or Harvest and Stripe accounts via their APIs. You keep using the tools you use now — we just pull the data and do the math.
- What if I use Harvest instead of Toggl?
- Harvest is supported alongside Toggl. Connect whichever time tracker you use — the profitability calculations work the same either way.
- Does this work if I invoice outside of Stripe?
- Currently Norcel Profit syncs payments via Stripe. If you invoice through another processor, you can manually enter payment totals — but the automatic sync requires Stripe.
- Is my financial data secure?
- Norcel Profit uses read-only OAuth access to your Toggl/Harvest and Stripe accounts. We never store your payment credentials and cannot initiate transactions on your behalf.
- What happens after the free trial?
- After 14 days you'll be prompted to enter a card to continue. If you don't, your account pauses — your data is not deleted. You can reactivate any time.
