Norcel Auth Kit (one-time purchase): Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Auth Kit source code for unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the code as a standalone product or template.

Norcel Profit (subscription): Your subscription grants access to the Profit service for the duration of your billing cycle. Access terminates at the end of the subscription period if not renewed.

Free Tools: Free tools provided on norcel.dev are offered as-is, without warranty, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Refund policy: For one-time purchases, we offer a 14-day refund window if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Contact hello@norcel.dev with your order details. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window or if the product has been substantially used to build a commercial project.

For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle, but your access will continue until the end of that period.

You agree not to use Norcel products to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Norcel products without written permission.

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and other materials on norcel.dev and within Norcel products are the intellectual property of Norcel or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase of a product grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You retain full ownership of any code, content, or applications you create using Norcel products.

Norcel products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. It is your responsibility to test and validate our products for your specific use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Norcel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
